In a letter to the signers of the TIG letter “Tibet’s Panchem Lama – Political prisoner for 25 years”, Josep Borrel responded with a letter (see below). According to the EU, the disappearance of the Panchem Lama is still topic on the EU-China Human Rights Dialogue and other bilateral meetings and the EU is committed to continue expressing its position on Freedom of Religion and Belief in relation to Tibetan communities.
